Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled cruise may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Weather Permitting

All cruises are weather permitting and subject to safe operating conditions.

In the event of inclement weather (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds), the cruise may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled at the operator’s discretion.

If your cruise is canceled due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund only if cancelled prior to leaving the dock. R4 Scenic Water Views, LLC reserves the right to offer any proration of funds.
Safety & Conduct

Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Disorderly conduct may result in termination of the cruise without refund.
